About Lastick Furniture & Floor Coverings
Furniture is a "Family Affair" at Lastick Furniture!
Eli Lastick entered the furniture business in 1946. In 1947 he started selling furniture in Pottstown. Sonia Lastick started selling furniture in 1964 and opened Lemon House Interiors, a designer studio, in Lafayette Hill in 1969. In 1973, Sonia closed Lemon House Interiors and with Eli and Jerry, opened a shop at 310 High Street, the former Eagles building in Pottstown. A year later the family bought the Block Brothers Furniture building and moved to their current location.
Jerry Lastick and his sister, Marsha Petnick, took over the family business in 1992. They recently added another 7,000 square feet of display area to make Lastick Furniture the largest Broyhill dealer and the only Broyhill Four Star Furniture Showplace in the area. Broyhill, a North Carolina furniture manufacturer, offers high style, quality furniture at affordable prices. Lastick Furniture carries Broyhill's extensive line of furniture, which includes dining room and bedroom suites. Lastick Furniture, with its 30,000 square feet of showroom, also offers customers the latest in furniture trends in traditional, country and contemporary styles from a large selection of manufacturers.
